Jump Into Fun and Fitness (JIFF) - REVISED 2012 - ELEMENTARY and SECONDARY SCHOOLS
This is a practical “hands-on, how-to” PD Program for Elementary and Secondary School teachers and their students that integrates Jump Rope/Rope Skipping/Acro-Roping/Nawatobi as part of their Elementary School’s Daily Physical Activity (DPA) or Quality Daily Physical Education Program (QDPE) and Secondary School's regular gym and personal fitness classes.
Body Tune-Up (Revised for Spring of 2012) - SECONDARY SCHOOLS ONLY
A Secondary School program for young men, this program emphasizes the importance of developing and enhancing fitness levels through the sport of Jump Rope / Rope Skipping / Acro-Roping / Nawatobi. Following the tradition of world famous boxers like Muhammad Ali, this program will ensure that a “lean machine” with enhanced endurance, power and strength can result from a simple easy rope workout. In addition, students will be given tips on how to use jump rope as a strong component for cross-training programs to improve personal performance in any Sport.
Firm and Shape (Revised for Spring of 2012) - SECONDARY SCHOOLS ONLY
A Secondary School program for young women that emphasizes the importance of developing and enhancing fitness levels through the art form of Jump Rope / Rope Skipping / Acro-Roping / Nawatobi. Every young woman can tone all muscle groups and improve self esteem with an easy and simple rope performance. Following the steps of famous Cirque du Soleil performers Rene Bibaud and Adrienn Banhegyi, this program will build self esteem and confidence like no other activity for every young woman. In addition, students will be given tips on how to use jump rope as a strong component for cross-training programs to improve personal performance in any Sport.
